Chapter I — The Land
Wide pastoral landscape of rolling meadows and wildflower fields at golden hour, the foraging sites where Harvest sources its roots

The soil remembers
what labs forget.

We forage from land that hasn't seen synthetic fertiliser in over forty years. These meadows in the Appalachian foothills carry a mineral complexity that no greenhouse can replicate — you can taste the difference in the first week.

Our foragers walk the same routes every season, harvesting at peak potency — never before, never after. The roots know when they're ready.

"We harvest at the moment the plant has drawn the most from the earth — not a day earlier, not a day later."
— Marisol Reyes, Head Forager
Chapter III — The Process
Sunlit cold-press facility with wooden tables, glass vessels, and warm afternoon light — no sterile white coats, just natural materials and intention

Our facility

A converted 1940s barn on 14 acres in Western North Carolina. Wooden floors. South-facing windows. No white coats — just people who care about what goes into your body.

No shortcuts.
No exceptions.

Every step is visible. Every decision is intentional. This is what it looks like when a supplement company has nothing to hide.

01

Cold-Press Extraction

< 40°C process temp

Roots are pressed at temperatures never exceeding 40°C — preserving every enzyme, every volatile compound that evaporates under industrial heat.

02

Glass Vessel Infusion

Zero plastic contact

No plastic. No stainless steel leaching. We use hand-blown glass vessels throughout — the same material your grandmother stored her tinctures in.

03

Slow Dehydration

48–72h slow dried

Powders are dehydrated over 48–72 hours at ambient temperature on wooden racks in our sunlit facility. The meadow smell comes from this step.

04

Hand-Filled & Sealed

200 jars per batch

Every jar is hand-filled and sealed by the same three people who grew up on this land. Batch size is capped at 200 jars — always.

Third-party verified

Every batch is independently tested for heavy metals, mycotoxins, and potency before it leaves the barn. Results are published on our site — batch number searchable.
